WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service has reported that SW let Avenue from Flagler Street to 8W let Street proposed to be paved under High- way Improvement No. 253 was eliminated beoanse of certain condemnation prodeedings now pending and has requested the oanoellation of the pending liens against the property abetting on said Avenue, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami: That the liens against the pro- perty abutting upon SW let Avenue, from West Plagler Street to SW let Street, for street paving under High- way Improvement No. 253 be, and the same are hereby, cancelled for the reason set forth above.
