1 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT 0P
$30,000.00 TO, THE N72 OBDOBLESS COMPANY
AND THE ISSUANCE 0P CERTIFICATES 0P IN-
DEBTEDNESS IN THE AMOUNT 0P $10,000. TO
SAID COMPANY ON ACCOUNT 01 INCINERATOR.
WHEREAS, the inoinerator constructed by the Nye
Odorless Crematory Company has been completed and accept-
ed by the City, and
WHEREAS, there is a balance due the said Company of
$40,000.00, •
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
That the Director of Finance be, and he is here-
by, authorized and directed to pay to the Nye Odorless
Crematory Company the sum of $30,000. in cash and to
issue certificate of indebtedness of the City in the sum
of $10,000.00 to said Company in payment of the balance
due said Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, A. D. 1925.
