PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR CERTAIN
WORH.AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION OP
A NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE CONPIRMI-
TION THERM?.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City'of I[tamt:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, directed
to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assessment
roll for the cost of improvements made in Sanitary Sewer Dietriot
No. 96.
2: That upon the filing of said Preliminary Assessment
Roll the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to oause
notice to be given, in accordance with Section 56 of the City
Charter, that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami
to be held on the 7th day of April, 1925, any persons whose proper-
ty is described in the said preliminary assessment roll may appear
and file written objections to the confirmation of the said roll.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of Maroh,A.D. 1925.
