,L RESOLUTION CONFIRMING TO PRELIMINARY
ASSESSMENT ROLLS FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN TSB
DISTRICTS SET FORTH HEREIN LIID PROVIDING
FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE ASSESSMENTS
TU REIN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida,
met on the 24th day of March, 1925, pursuant to the notice of
said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, to hear all
written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assess-
ment rolls for the cost of work in Sanitary Sewer District No. 95,
Storm Sewer District No. 102, and Lateral Connection Improvements
made under Resolution No. 1229 and Burchase Orders Nos. 15849 and
17232, by any person whose property is described in said rolls, and
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Mimi having reoeived
no written objections to the confirmation of the said assessment
rolls,
NOW, TOREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on said
Preliminary Assessment Rolls be, and they are hereby,, in all things,
confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of
ground described herein.
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the Iota or
parcels of ground in said .ereliminary Assessment Rolle are less
than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is bene-
fited by said improvement and that such amounts are in proportion
to the special benefits and that the proportion of said cost to be
paid by the said City of Liami on account of Highway intersection
is the sum set opposite to the swine therein.
3: That the total cost of the said improvements in the fol-
lowing suns, to -wit;

4: That ten (10) days after date of this confirmation o
said Preliminary Assessment Rolls that the name be deliveret,tO: the,
Direotor of Finance, and the Director of Finance is hereby.: ordered,
thirty (30) days after date of this resolution, to make ool-leotions
of the assessments therein as required by law.
