BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City Of iti ii
1: That the said City of Miami does hereby offer is a rb
ward, the sum of Two Thousand Dollars (2,000.00) for the cap-
ture and submission of evidenoe to convict the slayers Of Serer'
geant L. L. Weyer, head of the Motorcycle Division of the Pol3tsew;
Department of the City of Miami, Florida.
2: That the sum of Two Thousand Dollars be, and the same'
is hereby appropriated from the General Fund Surplus for the pay-
ment of the reward for the capture and submission of evidence to
convict the slayers of Sergeant L. L. Waver.
PAFSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of Maroh, A. D. 1925.
