WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Miami, Florida, met
on the loth day of larch, 1925, pursuant to the said notice of
said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, to hear all
writtne objections to the confirmation of the preliminary as-
sessment rolls for the cost of work under Highway Improvement
No. 224-B, Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 93, Sanitary Lateral
Improvements Nos. Sa. L. 1 and Sa.L.2 and Sanitary Lateral Im-
provernents under Reso1;tion No. 801, by any person whose prop-
erty is described in said rolls, and
;uHEhrbS, the Commission of the City of Miami having re-
ceived no written objections to the confirmation of the said as-
sessment rolls,
770'. , HER;:TORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of
1: That the pri:la facie assessments, as indicated ou said
preliminary Assessment Rolls be, and they are hereby, in all things
confirmed and sustained a`ainst an;; and all lots or parcels of'
grounds described herein.
2: That the siz :s and a•nornts ag:. Ins-, each of the lots or
parcels of ~round in said prelininary Assessment Rolls are less than
the amount that each of caia lots or pare=ls of ground is benefited
by said improvement and that such amount are in oroportion to the
special benefits and that the proportion of s..id cost to be paid by
said City of Mia ni on account of Highway intersection is the sure set
opposite to the same therein.
3: That the total cost of the said itnprove.,ents in the follow-
