PETY DESORIBED HEREIN AND MAKING AN APPROPRIATION
' FOR. THE PAYMENT OF THE COST PRICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the .4ity of'l�idm3:
1: That the City Manager be, and be is hereby, authorise
ed and directed to purchase the following described property,
to -wit:
Lot Eight (8) of a subdivision of the
Southwest quarter Oft) of the South-
east quarter (SEt) of-Seotion 35, Town-
ship 53 South of -Range 41 East, accord-
ing to the amended plat thereof record-
ed in Plat Book One, at Page 95 of the
Publio Reoords of Dade County, Florida,
at and for the prioe of 435,000.00 oash.
2: That the said sun of 435,000.00 be, and the same is
hereby, appropriated from the General Fund Surplus for the
purchase thereof, the said sum to be returned to the General
Fund when bonds for the payment of the cost of the bridge
and approaches are sold and funds are avgilable.
3: That allpapers in connection with the conveyance of
the said property be approved and passed upon by the City
attorney.
