A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAG3 '..Tip
APPLY TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT FOR PERMIT TO
DREDGE AN AREA OF BAY BOTTOM APPROXIMATELY
SIXTY FEET BY THREE HUNDRED FEET IMMEDIATELY
EAST OF THE NORTH MUNICIPAL PIE.
BE IT RESOL D by the Commission of the City o
Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorise
ad to apply to the War Department for permit to dredge an
area of Bay bottom approximately 60' x 300' immediately
east of the North Municipal Pier in Biscayne Bay as shown
and designated on a plat attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, A. D.
1925.
