TICE FOR OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
TBREFUR.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary directed
Assessment
Roll for the coat of the following improvements, to -wit:
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 95.
Storm Sewer Improvement No. 102.
Lateral Connections under Resolution No. 1229.
Lateral Connections P.O.#15849 and #17232.
2: That upon the filing of said Preliminary Assessment
Rolls, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
notioe to be given, in accordance with Section 56 of the Citg Charter, that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of Miami
to be held on the 24th day of March, 1925, any persons whose
property is described in the said preliminary assessment rolls
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the
said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, A. D. 1925.
