A RESOLUTION LUT ILRIZINO THE PAYMENT
01 $18,600.00 TO THE NYE ODORLESS CRE-
ELTORY COMPANY FOR WORE AND MATERIALS
UNDER THE CONTRACT WITH SAID COMPANY
FOR NEW INCINERATOR.
SAS, the Director of Public Service has reportid
that the work on the new City Incinerator is approximately
60% complete and that all materials for the building with
the exoep ti on of the material for chimney is on the ground
and that payment in an amount up to $20,000 is in order
under the oontraot with the Nye Odorless Crematory Company,
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the payment
of $18,600 to said Company,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the Director of Finance be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Nye Odorless
Crematory Company the sum of $18,600.00 on account of the
New Incinerator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED thie 3rd day of March, A. D. 1925.
