BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami: That the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Miami, Florida, be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Miami, Florida, a deed dedicating to the perpetual use of the publio for park purposes the following described tract of.land, to -wit: Beginning at a concrete monument at the inter- seotio.n of the East line of Briokell Avenue with the Northerly line of S. E. Fifth Street, accord- ing to plat recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 93, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Thence run South 76° 39' 35" East, along the said Northerly line of said S. E, Fifth Street produced Easterly, for a diatanoe of 233.52 feet to a concrete monument; Thence Northeasterly along the aro of a ourae with a radius of 25.0 feet, through an arc of 71 04' 35", for a distance of 31.01 feet, to a con- crete monument; Thence oontinue Northeasterly along the aro of a reverse curse with a radius of 40.0 feet, through an aro of 122° 23' 40", for a distance of 85.45 feet, to a concrete monument; Thence South 76° 39' 35" East, for a distance of 321.10 feet, to a point in the U. S. Harbor line along the West side of Biscayne Bay; Thence South 5° 37' 19" West, along said Harbor line, for a distance of 171.54 feet, to the South- east corner of the tract herein described; Thence North 760 39' 35" West, parallel with and 141.08 feet distant from the said Northerly line of said S. E. Fifth Street produced Easterly, for a distance of 670.29 feet, to a oonorete monument in the Easterly line of Brio dell Avenue; Thence North 130 20' 65" East, along said Easter- ly line of said Briokell Avenue, for a distance of 141.08 feet, to the point of beginning. Excepting all that certain tract of land dedi- oated by Mary Briokell for a burial ground, said dedication signed August 9, 1921, and filed for re- cord January 27, 1923, and recorded in Deed Book 323, page 298 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; "DOCUMENT INDEX ITEM NO.______ '► T
