A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THB ADJUSTMENT
OF CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS FOR COST 01 WORE
UNDER SIDEMALB XMPROVHiENT N0. 37.1. '
WHEREAS, in the preparation of the assessment roll cover-
ing the coat of work under Sidewalk Improvement No. 37-A an assess-
ment for 28.8 feet of sidewalk in the amount opt $26.31 was erroneous-
ly made against Lot C (B.60' of W. 160' of Lot 10) Block 9, Broad -
moor, as the sidewalk on the entire frontage of the said lot was
already constructed, and
WTDBFAS, the assessment erroneously made against Lot C (8.50'
of W. 150' of Lot 10) Block 9, Broadmoor, should have been included
in the assessment against Lot 10 (Less W. 150'), Block 9, Broadmoor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Mi ami :
1: That the assessment against Lot C (E. 50' of W. 150' of
Lot 10) Block 9, Broadmoor for sidewalk improvement under Sk-37-A,
in the sum of $26.31 be, and the same is hereby, cancelled and the
lien against said property removed.
2: That the assessment against Lot 10 (Less W. 150') of
Blook 9, Broadmoor, be, and is hereby, increased from the sum of
$179.08 to the sum of $205.39, making a correct assessment against
said lot for the actual amount of improvement work that said lot is
liable to assessment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of February, A. D. 1925.
