JECTIONS TO SAID ROLLS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City . of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, directed
to mare and file with the City Clerk a Preliminary Assessment
Roll for the cost of the following improvements, to -wit:
Highway Improvement No. 224-B,
Sanitary sewer Improvement No. 93,
Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 1,
Sanitary Lateral Improvement No. 2,
Sanitary Lateral Improvement under Resolution No. 801,
ae provided in Section 56 of the City Charter.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary assessment
rolls, the City Cleric is hereby authorized and directed to cause
notice to be given, in accordance with said Section 56 of the
City Charter, that at a meeting of the Commission of the City of
Miami to be held on the loth day of March, 1926, any person whose
property is described in the said preliminary assessment rolle
may appear and file written objections to the confirmation of the
said rolls.
