RESOLUTION NO. 1881.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER TO THE
HIRBCH-FAUTH-HARRISON COMPANY, FOR AND ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF MI MI, FLORIDA, A
WARRANTY DEED TO TES PARCEL OP LAND DES-
CRIBED HEREIN.

MMUS, in the opening and extension of 8. W. First Street
over and aoroaa the traoks of the P. E. C. Railway the Hiraoh-
Pauth-Harrison Company, the owners of a certain paroel of land,
part of which was necessary for street purposes, inadvertently
executed a deed to the City for the entire parcel of land when
it was the intention of the City to buy and the intention of the
Hirsoh-Fauth-Harrision Company to sell only that portion of the land
to be used by the City for the extension of S. W. First Street, and
WHEREAS, the City now has title to a parcel of land, on the
south side of 3. W. First Street, with 86i foot frontage on the
street and 30 feet deep, which had not been intended, and
WHEREAS, it is just and equitable that the said paroel of
land be returned to said Hirsch-Fauth-Harrison Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
of Miami: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Miami,
Florida, a warranty deed to Hirsoh-Fauth-Harrison Company for the
following described parcel of land, to -wit:
Beginning at a point two hundred ninety (290) feet
southerly from the south line of Flagler Street, (01d
Twelfth Street) and fifth -three and 1/2 (63i) feet
distant westerly from the center line of the main
track of the Florida East Coast Railway Company;
thence south, parallel with the right-of-way of the
said Railway Company, thirty (30) feet; thence wester-
ly, at right angles with the right-of-way of the said
—.•) .._„j Railway Company, eighty-six and 1/2 (86i) feet; thence
northerly, parallel with the right-of-way of said Rail-
way Company, thirty (30) feet; thence easterly, at right
angles to the right-of-way of said Railway Company,
eighty-six and 1/2 (86i) feet, to the point of beginning,
so that the south thirty feat of the parcel of land conveyed to the
City by said Hirsch-Fau th-Harrison Company by deed dated August 12th,
