BE .IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City 0
Miami: That the total ooet of oonstructing sanitary.
sewers on IV 4th Avenue between IN 6th Street and 11 7th;
Street, under District Sr-107, be paid from the funds in
the treasury for the payment of the City'e share of the
cost of constructing sanitary sewers and that the portion
of the cost of the work not assessable to the City at
large shall be returned to said fund when bonds are sold
for the payment of the property owners' share of the cost.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February,
A. D. 1925.
