HLREINAPTER DESCRIBED..

- WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Oity of Miami acquire for
street and other municipal purposes the following described pro-
perty, to -wit:
That certain piece or parcel of land known and des-
cribed as "Brickell's Out Lot" located between the East-
erly end of Broadway and Biscayne Bay and lying between
the subdivisions known as "Gifford & Highleyman's " and
"Point View", said "Brickell's Out Lot" being more ful-
ly shown and set out on a plat recorded in Plat Book One,
Pages 89 and 89i in the office of the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court in and for Dade County, Florida, together with
all common law and statutory riparian rights belonging to
or appurtenant to the herein described property
The above and foregoing described property together with all com-
mon law statutory riparian rights belonging to or appurtenant
thereto is necessary and should be acquired by the City of Miami
for street and other :municipal purposes,

statutory riparian rights belonging to or appurtenant thereto
hereinafter described and cet forth in this resolution is neces-
sary and should be acquired for street and other municipal pur-
poses, and that the City Attorney be, and is hereby, authoriz-
ed and directed to institute the necessary legal proceeAngs in
the name of the City of L:iami for the scquirenent b;; s•rid City
by eminent domain of the following Described property, to -wit:

Easterly end of 3roadway and. 3iscyne Bay and lying

Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Ja- e County, Flo-
rida, together with all corn'aon law and statutory ripa-

described property.
