Ifs, the Director of Public 8ervtse reports that the
portion of Sewer District No. 92, as contemplated on NW Miami.
Court between NW 14tb Street and NW 16th Street, is not to be
made, and requests the oanoellation of liens and removal of
assessments for the ooet of the proposed work, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has approved the request and
recommends the cancellation of the liens,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the Director of Finanoebe, and he is
hereby, authorised and directed to cancel the liens and re-
move the assessments for the cost of sanitary sewers under
District No. 92, Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 92, against
the following lots p and paroels, to -wit:
Block 39, Lots 5�N1�,N Dana 16,;DandSF.E.C.Ry.Co. right-
of-way 63.3'.
Block 40, Lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11.
Block 41, Lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11.
Block 42, Lots 1, 4, 5, 8, 9 and. 12.
PASSED AND ADOPTED tbie 10tb day of February, A. D. 1925.
