WHEREAS. the City 'tanager reports that due to'tbe AS -
completeness of the reoords of the Engineering Department
it was neoessary to have certain extra work done under
Sewer Contract No. 40 in the total amount of $10.015.16.
and
MMUS. the City Manager reoommends that the payment
of the cost af such extra work be made from sewer bond funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the oost of the extra work per-
formed underSewer Contract No. 40 be, and is hereby, order-
ed. paid from the City's share of the bond funds for the
payment of the cost of Sanitary Sewers.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, A. D.
1925.
