A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF
GKO. N. SMALRIDGE CONSTRUCTION COM-
PANY FOR ERECTION OF COMPORT STA-
TION IN CENTRAL PARK AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO CON-
TRACT WITH THE SAID COMPANY FOR THN
WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of
Miami:
1: That the bid of Geo. N. Smalridge Construction
Company for the erection and construction of Comfort Sta-
tion at Central Park, in accordance with the plane and
specifications therefor, at and for the price of $10,617.00,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City of Miami.
2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into contract, for and on
behalf of the City of Miami, with the said Geo. N. Smalridge
Construction Company for the erection and construction of
the said building and that the contractor be required to
furnish indemnity bond in the amount of one hundred percent
of the contract price to insure the faithful performance of
the contract.
