P.. H. FOSTER FOR ERECTION OF TUBER-
CULAR WARD BUILDING AT JACKSON IOW
OBIAI HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING T R .
CITYMANAGER TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT
WITH THE SAID F. H. FOSTER FOR THE
WORK.
BE' IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City
Miami:
1: That the bid of F. H. Foster for the erection
and construction of a Tubercular Ward Building at the
Jackson Memorial Hospital at and for the sum of $8432.00
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City of Miami.
2: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into contract, for and on
behalf of the City of Miami, with said F. H. Foster for the
erection and construction of the said building and that the
contractor be required to furnish indemnity bond in the a-
mount of one hundred percent of the contract price to insure
the faithful performance of the contract.
