A RESOLUTION OONFIB MING TIE PRELIMI-
NARY ASSESSMENT ROLLS HEREINAFTER SET
FORTH AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION
OF THE ASSESSMENTS SHOWN THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the Commission of the City of Mimi, Florida,
met on the 3rd day of February, 1925, pursuant to the notice
of said meeting under Section 56 of the City Charter, to hear
all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary
assessment rolls for Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nos. 81 and
82 and for sanitary laterals ordered under Resolution No. 1565,
and
WHREAS, the Commission having received no written ob-
jection to the confirmation of the said preliminary assessments
rolls by any person or persons whose property is described in
said rolls,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami:
1: That the prima facie assessments, as indicated on
said Preliminary bssessmen t Rolls be, and the same are hereby,
in all things, confirmed and sustained against any and all lots
or parcels of ground described thereon,
2: That the sums and amounts against each of the lots
or parcels of ground in said Preliminary Assessment Rolls are
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of
ground is benefited by said Improvements and that such amounts
are in proportion to the special benefits and that such amounts
are not in excess of fifty percent of the assessed valuation of
any such lot or parcel and that the proportion of said cost to
be paid b, said City of Miami on account of Highway Intersec-
tions is the sum set opposite same therein.

are hereby approved and confirmed.
4; That ten (10) days after date of this oonfirmation -
of said Preliminary Assessment Rolls the same be delivered to
the Director of Finance and the Director of Finance is hereby •
ordered thirty (301 days after date of this resolution to
make collections of the asseesments therein as required by
law.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, L.D. 1925.
