WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service reports that
upon investigation it appears that the assessments against.
Lot 6 and Lot 7, of Blook 13, Lot 6 of Block 14, and Lots 6
and 7 of Block 16, Westmoreland, for sanitary sewers under
District Sr-79, were made on a basis of a 65 foot frontage fuse
each of said lots, and
WHEREAS, the correct front footage of each of said lots
is 60 feet instead of 65 feet, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the passage of a
resolution correcting the assessments against the said lots so
that same shall be assessed on a correct basis,
NOW, TILEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the Director of Finance be, and he is here-
by, authorized and directed to oorreot the assessments against
the following lots for sanitary sewer improvements under Dis-
trict Sr-79, so that the assessments against said property will
read as follows, to -wit:
Lot 6, Block 13, Florence I. Robertson, 60' $37.52
Lot 7, Block 13, E. C. Deager, 60' 37.52
Lot 6, Block 14, J. L. Jacobson, 60' 37.52
Lot 6, Block 16, Henriette Lsoherke, 60' 37.52
Lot 7, Block 16, Sam D. Riohard, 60' 37.52
thereby reducing the assessment against each of the said lots 3.13.
