RESOLUTION NO. 1868.
A RESOLUTION AUTHOEIZING AND DIRSCT-
INO THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE, FOR
AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OP MIAMI ,
A QUIT -CLAIM DEED TO CHARLES Z. AILLEN
AND EMILY ALLEN, HIS WIFE, FOR THE
PURPOSES SET FORTH HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the Ci t
Miami:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City
of Miami, Florida, a quit -claim deed to Charles Z. Allen
and Emily Allen, his wife, for the purpose of releasing and
relinquishing any right, title or interest the City may have
had in and to that part of old Johnson Street, now Northwest
20th Street, in the City of Miami, which curved or extended
through a portion of the southern part of the property des-
cribed in said deed, the said grantees having opened and
paved said Northwest 20th Street straight along the section
line and thus eliminated said curved part.
PASSED MD ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, A. D.
1925.
