A RESOLUTION CONSENTING AND AGREEING
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
--FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY FOR
CROSSING THE RIGHT -OP -WAY OF SAID RAIL-
WAY WITH CABLE AB -SET FORTH IN SAID
AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
1: That the said City does hereby consent and agree
to enter into and make en agreement with Florida East Coast
Railway Company, a corporation, whereby said City is granted
the right and privilege to cross the right-of-way and over
the tracks of said Railway Company with a 500,000 C. M.
Triple braided W.P.cable carrying 600 volts, at the location
described in and according to the terms and conditions of said
proposed contract attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2: That the City Manager and the Oity Clerk of said City
are hereby authorized end directed to execute said contract for
and on behalf of said City.
3: That said resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, A. D. 1925.
