A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION
AND FILING OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
ROLLS FOR WORT UNDER CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICTS SET FORTH HEREIN AND DIRECTING
THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE CONFIRMATION OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of the City of Miami:
1: That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, direct-
ed to make and file with the City Clerk a preliminary assess-
ment roll for Sanitary Improvements Nos. 81 and 82 and for
Lateral connections made under Resolution No. 1565.
2: That upon the filing of said preliminary assessment
rolls the City Clerk cause notice to be given, in accordance
with Section 56 of the City Charter, that the Commission will
on the 3rd day of February 1925, receive and consider all
written objections to the confirmation of the said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A. D.
1925.
