A RESOLUTION CANCELLING SANITARY SEWZR
IMPROVEMENT NO. 69, AND CANCELLING AND
REMOVING THE LIENS AGAINST PROPERTY
LIABLE FOR ASSESSMENTS THEREUNDER.
WHEREAS, the City Manager reports that it has been
deemed advisable to cancel the work ordered under Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 69, and
WHEREAS, the cancellation of the said improvement meets
with the approval of the Commission,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the work ordered by the Commission under
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 69 be, and the same is, hereby
cancelled.
2: That the liens now pending against the property
abutting said improvement and liable to assessments for the
cost of the work under said improvement be, and the same
are,hereby ordered cancelled and removed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January A. D. 1925,
