A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER THROUGH THE PROPER..
SUBORDINATES, TO SELL LOTS 17, 18 AND
19, BLOOM 44 NORTH.
WHEREAS, for rook pit purposes the City purohased
Lots 17, 18 and 19 of Block 44 North, and
WHEREAS,all available rook has been removed from the
said property and the same is of no further benefit or
use to the City, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interests of the
City to dispose of the said property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the City manager ager be, and he is hereby, authoriz-
ed and directed, thru the proper subordinates, to advertise
for bids and sell to the highest and best bidder acoording
to the terms of the advertisement, Lots 17, 18 and 19 of
Block 44 North, City of Miami.
2: That the funds realized from the sale of the said
property be placed in the General Fund of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A. D. 1925.
