A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OP
$76,000.00 FROM SUCH CITY FUNDS AS THE
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE MAY DETERMINE CAN BE
BEST USED FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE COST 0P
WAREHOUSE AT CITY DOCKS AND PROVIDING FOR
THE REIMBURSEMENT OF SUCH FUNDS WHEN THE
MONEY IS AVAILABLE.
WHEREAS, it is urgently necessary to oonetruot at
the City Docks a warehouse for which there are no bunde
at this time available, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and proper to borrow
the necessary money from such other funds of the City
that the Director of Finance may determine can be best
used for the purpose and to reimburse same when the money
is available,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami:
1: That the Director of Finance be, and he is, hereby
authorized and directed to transfer the sum of 476,000.00
from such City funds as he may determine can be best used
for the payment of the coat of warehouse now under construc-
tion at the City Docks.
2: That the said sum of 475,000.00 so transferred be re-
turned to the respective funds from which it is borrowed
when the funds therefor are available.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D. 1925.
