WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objeotions presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of Resolution No. 1787, authorizing pumping
Station to serve Sanitary Sewer Districts Sr-110 to Sr-119,
inclusive, and the plans, specifications and estimate of
cost thereof, and no objections were sustained,
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
