WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held. at
9:00 o'dlook A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,.,..:;
heqrd all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of Resolution No. 1790, authorizing Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 122, and the plane, specifications
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were sus-
tained,
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans, speci-
fications and estimated cost are hereby confirmed. '
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
