DISTRICT 3R-121. SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT M0. 2.21_.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persona to the
confirmation of Resolution No. 1789, authorizing Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 121, and the plans, specifications
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were sus-
tained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans, speci-
fications and estimate of cost ere hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
