RESOLUTION NO. 184!.
STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 120.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1788, authorizing
Storm Sewer Improvement No. 120, and the plena, specifi-
cations and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections
were sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED by the Commission of the
City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans, specifi-
cations and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
