WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'olook A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notioe,
heard all objections presented by interested persona to
the oonfirmation of Resolution No. 1786, authorizing Sanit-
ary Sewer Improvement No. 119, and the plans, specifications
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were sus-
tained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the resolution, plans, specifica-
tions and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
