RESOLUTION NO. 184.
DISTRICT SR-117. SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 117.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting bald at
9:00o'olook A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1784, authorizing
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 117, and the plans, specifi-
cations and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were
sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the resolution, plena, specifi-
cations and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
