SANITARY SEREII IIIPRO7R1MENT, NO ;
SAS, the City Commission at a meeting held it
'9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objections presented by interested persons to the
confirmation of Resolution No. 1781, authorizing Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 116, and the plans, apeoification0
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were sus-
tained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plane, speci-
fications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
