heard all objections presented by interested persons tO
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1780, authorising
Sanitary Sower Improvement No. 113, and the plans, 'peel.
fictitious and estimate of oost thereof, and no Objections
were sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,speoi-
fications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
