DY,STR/OT SR-.112. SANITARY SEWER IMPROMENT NO.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at.
9:00 o'olook A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal notioe,
heard all objections presented by interested persona to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1779, authorizing
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 112, and the'plans, opeoifi-
cations and estimate of oost thereof, and no objection
were sustained,
NOW, THEREB'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution; plans, speoi-
fications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, L. D.
1925.
