WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting hej.ti at
9:00 o'clock A.M., January 13, 1926, after legal notice;
heard all objections presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1776, authorising
Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 109, and the plans, speci-
fications and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections
were sustained,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
