DISTRICT SR-106. SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1I}I
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'olock A. M., January 13, 1926, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persona to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1773;
authorizing Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 106, and the
plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and
no objections were sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirm-
ed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1926.
