DISTRICT S1t•.105. SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT N0. 106.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held
at 9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13, 1925, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1772,
authorizing Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 105, and the
plans, specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and
no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
