WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting hold at
9:00 o'olock A. M., January 13th, 1925, after legal notice,
heard all objeotions presented by interested persons to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1770, authorizing
Storm Sewer Improvement No. 103, and the plans, specifica-
tions and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was
sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans, speci-
fications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
