SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT N0. 57.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held
at 9:00 o'clock A. M., January 13th, 1926, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persona to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1769,
authorizing Sidewalk Improvement No. 67, and the plane,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof,and no ob-
jection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
