DISTRICT SK-56. SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT NO. 66.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00o'clook A. M., January 13th, 1925, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1768,
authorizing Sidewalk Improvement No. 56, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no ob-
jections were sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT Ri8OLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
