SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT NO. B5
HAS, the 0ity Commission at a meeting held at
9;00 o'clock A. M., January 13th, 1925, after legal nottoA,
heard all objections presented by interested persona to
the confirmation of Resolution No. 1767, authorizing
Sidewalk Improvement No. 55, and the plans, specifica-
tions and estimate of cost thereof, and no objection was
sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
