WHEREAS, the Oity Commission at a meeting, held
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. January lath, 1925, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1766,
authorizing Highway Improvement No. 263, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plane,
specifications and estimate of cost ere hereby confirm-
ed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
