WHEREAS, the City Commission at a sleeting held at
9;00 o! o1ook A. M. , January .13th, 1925, after legal
notice, heard all objections presented by interested
persons to the confirmation of Resolution No. 1764,
authorizing Highway Improvement No. 261, and the plane,
specifications and estimate of cost thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission
of the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of coat are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
