WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at
9:00 o'clock A.M., January lath, 1925, after legal
noti4e, heard all objections presented by interestsd
persons to the confirmation of Resolution lo. 1781,
authorizing Highway Improvement No. 258, and the plans,
specifications and estimate of coat thereof, and no ob-•
jeotions were sustained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Miami: That the said resolution, plane,
specifications and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED £iD ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
