heard all objections presented by interested persons—
to the confirmation of resolution No. 1758, authorizing
Highway Improvement No. 255, and the plans, apecifia t3bhe.
and estimate of cost thereof, and no objections were- sus-
tained.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission of
the City of Mimi: That the said resolution, plans,
specifications and estimate of coat are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
