WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at

authorizing Highway Improvement No. 249, and the plums.

objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission

of the City of Miami:
That the said resolution, plans, specifications
and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
