WHEREAS, the Oity Ciemnieeion at a meeting held it
9:00 o'olook A. M., January 13th, 1925, after legal
notioe, heard all objeotions presents& by interests&
persons to the oonfirmation of Resolution No. 1750,
authorising Higiway Improvement No. 247, and the plane,
Specifications and estimate of ooet thereof, and no
objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Commission*
of the Oity of Miami:
That the said resolution, plane, specifications
and estimate of cost are hereby confirmed.
PASSED AID ADOPTED this 13th day of January, A. D.
1925.
